Grim Reaper's Domain

If the God of Death had another universe of existence, what would it look like? With that thought in mind, I wanted to create a whole world around this concept. However, I had to pull back from many crazy thoughts and root this more in reality to give it more validity. Maybe in the future I will come back to revisit this and be more bold with my choices.
